Provides a complete line of coated abrasives, non-woven surface conditioning abrasives, microreplicated superabrasives, plus hardware accessories for any dimensioning, grinding, sanding, and surface conditioning applications. Precision abrasives are also available for microfinishing and polishing.

Industrial Adhesives

Supplies a broad range of specialty adhesives for the general industrial, electronic, appliance, embroidery, plastic manufacturing, metalworking, woodworking, construction and aerospace markets.

Offers reclosable fastening system, double-coated tapes, adhesive transfer tapes, laminating adhesives, applicators and dispensers for graphic attachment, mounting and splicing applications. VHB^TM foam tapes, with super holding strength, are applied in construction and signage markets.

Supplies single-coated tapes, protective tapes, bumpers for splicing and surface protection, as well as label materials and authentication devices for product identification and security. Also provides masking tapes which are widely used in electronics, automotive and construction markets.

Packaging Systems

Provides total packaging solutions with products such as box sealing tapes, filament tapes, reinforced strapping tapes, hang tabs, as well as tape dispensers, and high speed case sealing equipment.

 VHB^TM (Very High Bond) Foam Tapes replace rivets and mechanical fastening for permanent assembly, such as ceiling assembly in construction and panel assembly in car. It has proved to reduce fatigue cracking and corrosion, and at the same time save labor cost and time in assembly.

 3M^TM Trizact^TM Abrasives is a cleaner and longer lasting abrasive system, featuring an engineered surface of microscopic structures resembling pyramids. This precise and consistent surface is ideal for glass defect repair such as scuffs, scratches and acid marks on TV/CRT screens, table glass, automotive windscreens, architectural glass and more.

 3M designs a new Optical Fiber Polishing System which can provide consistent, repeatable finishes on a broad range of optical fiber connectors (PC, SPC, UPC & APC Grade).
