3M Hong Kong named "Consumer Caring Company" for 11 years in a row

85 local enterprises are recognized at GS1 Hong Kong's 11th "Consumer Caring Scheme" this year. 3M Hong Kong is one of the 12 companies recognized for over ten years, showing our long-term commitment to service excellence. On behalf of the company, General Manager Ben Chung attended the award presentation ceremony on 28th June, 2022 to receive this highest honour.

The annual "Consumer Caring Scheme" aims to recognize local enterprises which pursue consumer care as a top priority throughout their businesses. Participating companies are evaluated based on 4 core principles – consumer-centric, conforming to commitment, striving for quality, and caring for staff, and assessed via self-assessment, interview, third-party consumer survey and field visits. In addition, the internationally acclaimed Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) that gauges companies' service and performance in consumer care was also considered.

Ben Chung said, "3M promises to use technologies to improve lives. Our products are widely known for their superior quality. We care about our customers as much as our staff members. Through diverse channels, such as our official website, social media, and authorized distributors and applicators, we actively communicate with customers with an on-time response rate over 90%. We seek to meet customer needs by providing unrivalled experiences, including after-sales services, product enhancement and new products so that consumer confidence can be built and loyalty nurtured."

3M Hong Kong has been awarded with the “10 Years +” logo, the highest honour of the scheme. 3MHK General Manager Ben Chung received the “Consumer Caring Company” trophy.
