3M Hong Kong receives “Happy Company” Label

3M was awarded “Happy Company” Label, amongst over 350 Hong Kong companies and organizations, under the “Happiness-at-Work Promotional Scheme” jointly organized by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and the Hong Kong Productivity Council. The scheme was launched in 2013 to recognize local companies and organizations that committed to building a happy workplace culture by applying the people-oriented management concept to ensure staff to make a well-balanced life among work, family and personal development.
