When used with the SPA60 or SP94 transparent primer, Neo-Caps can be directly applied to concrete or rough surfaces. The material has been tested according to the American ASTM C1028-07 standards, ensuring slip resistance and exceptional durability, making it particularly suitable for public places such as railways, bus stations, shopping malls, residential areas, and densely populated locations.
