The 3M™ DBI-SALA® Nano-Lok™ Connected Order Picker Interlock System is an innovative fall protection system that senses a worker's presence on an order picking vehicle and verifies their tie-off status to promote situational awareness and safe behavior. OEM dealer technician installation is required. The 3M™ DBI-SALA® Nano-Lok™ Connected Order Picker Interlock System communicates visual and audible alerts in real time to promote situational awareness and safe behavior. Interlock System includes: 3M™ DBI-SALA® Nano-Lok™ Connected Carabiner Self-Retracting Lifeline, Interlock Sensor Box, Carabiner, Light Strips and Interlock Lock Out Cable
The 3M™ DBI-SALA® Nano-Lok™ Self-Retracting Lifelines are rugged, yet lightweight and engineered devices that you can count on for comfortable and efficient fall protection. With stainless steel components, an anti-ratcheting brake system, and a semi-sealed design, this system is built to last. The lifeline extends as the user moves away and retracts automatically, allowing the user to move within a recommended working area at normal speeds. In the event of a fall, a speed sensing brake system activates, stopping the fall and reducing the forces imposed on the user. These features are key safety improvements compared to the use of a lanyard. Available in multiple Self-retracting lifeline lengths.
